Role: Head of Americas Talent Acquisition leading hiring strategy and execution across all functions including R&D, manufacturing, and commercial for Agilent Technologies. Responsibilities: develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies aligning with business goals; lead and develop a team of TA professionals; serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and market insights; oversee recruitment processes, metrics, tools, and vendor relationships; build talent pipelines for scientific, engineering, and technical roles. Requirements: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 4+ years leading recruiting teams, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or MedTech sectors; proven experience in sourcing STEM talent, partnering with executive stakeholders, and managing TA analytics; knowledge of US employment law and familiarity with Canadian/Latin American hiring practices. HighValue: experience recruiting scientific and technical talent, supporting hiring in multiple Americas markets including Mexico, Brazil, Canada; knowledge of regulated environments; optional experience with TA tech migrations or advisor models. WorkSetup: remote flexibility; occasional travel. Compensation: $181,200–$339,750/year plus bonus, stock, and benefits.
