Head of Americas Talent Acquisition

Role: Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, leading hiring strategy and execution for Agilent across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions in the Americas. Responsibilities: oversee regional recruiting operations, develop sourcing channels, lead senior and volume talent searches, partner with executive leaders on workforce planning, and optimize TA processes and metrics. Manage a team of TA professionals, foster inclusive culture, and build talent pipelines for scientific, engineering, and technical roles. Requirements: 10+ years in talent acquisition with 4+ years leading teams, experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or MedTech sectors; strong stakeholder management with C-level partners; expertise in sourcing STEM talent, employer branding, and TA analytics; knowledge of US and Latin American hiring laws; exceptional communication skills. Preferred: experience scaling hiring outside the US, implementing ATS systems, and working with TA advisor models.
