Head of AI CoE Operations

Role: Senior leader serving as strategic chief of staff for the CAIO, overseeing AI CoE operations. Responsibilities: manage the operating cadence, decision forums, executive communications, cross-functional dependencies, and partner deliverables; track portfolio health, milestones, blockers, and resource needs; facilitate alignment with IT, Legal, HR, and external partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 10+ years experience in senior business operations, transformation, or strategy roles in complex enterprises; strong executive communication skills; familiarity with AI, digital, or tech-driven environments; experience coordinating across multiple functions; sound judgment in prioritization and stakeholder management.
