Role: Lead global pipeline medical affairs strategy for AbbVieโs oncology and hematology portfolio, focusing on differentiating assets throughout the lifecycle up to 36 months pre-launch. Responsibilities: develop and integrate medical, value, and evidence strategies across all indications and geographies; collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, commercial, and governance; shape insights-driven tactics, manage resources, and ensure effective handovers to launch teams; lead enterprise research and evidence planning, and oversee medical engagement activities. Qualifications: MD or equivalent in oncology/hematology; 15+ years in pharma/biotech, with deep expertise in oncology clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization; demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives; strong scientific knowledge of solid tumors, biomarkers, and emerging therapies like immuno-oncology, CAR-T, and targeted treatments. Preferred: experience in global medical affairs, publication record in oncohematology, familiarity with advanced cancer modalities, and international stakeholder management.
