Responsibilities:
- Own global vision, standards, and roadmap for scalable platforms across manufacturing execution, labs, batch release enablement, digital workflows, and ERP (Plasma sites)
- Deliver enterprise-scale programs (next 1–3 years) and transition to a product-team operating model for continuous innovation and value
- Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across GSQ & PDT; align technology strategy with business and regulatory needs
- Establish and enforce global templates and standardization across sites; govern exceptions to ensure compliance and measurable performance improvement
- Scale a global delivery model to improve speed, throughput, quality, and cost-to-deliver; strengthen vendor performance with procurement
- Lead MES and shopfloor digitalization across 20+ sites; ensure template integrity and sustainable ownership
- Modernize lab capabilities with a single global LIMS and harmonized lab ecosystem (LIMS/ELN and lab tooling)
- Build and scale digital workflow platforms (e.g., logbooks, checklists, forms)
- Strengthen lifecycle management with validated change, patching cadence, and 24/7 run/support coverage
- Drive AI/agentic AI enablement by prioritizing use cases, defining requirements, and coordinating execution
- Build and develop a leadership team (typically 6–8 direct reports) and global organization

Qualifications:
- 15+ years’ related experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-site technology programs in regulated manufacturing/lab environments
- Deep expertise in MES and lab informatics (LIMS/ELN) at global scale (required)
- Strong GxP delivery knowledge (validation, data integrity, compliance, cybersecurity)
- Ability to shift from project delivery to a product operating model
- Track record improving global delivery speed/cost using delivery centers and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
