Location/Travel (for role): Bridgewater, NJ or Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid); ~25–30% travel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead NA Field Learning & Development strategy for product, field leadership/management, and customer-engagement training for sales and sales leadership across all NA therapeutic areas.
- Own gap assessment, strategic planning, content development, implementation, and measurement of training delivered via eLearning, live and virtual sessions.
- Lead a team of 35 L&D professionals (5–7 direct reports).
- Develop new hire curricula, new product launch planning, selling skills, and field leadership development; assess knowledge gaps and guide product teams on training initiatives.
- Implement innovative, efficient training solutions aligned with Global GTMC and NA Learning standards; develop and execute learning experiences.
- Ensure training materials include required regulatory/legal compliance guidance.
- Establish and communicate training impact/value metrics.
- Coordinate with NA Learning and Global GTMC; provide NA input into global learning strategy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Brand, Market Access, PSS, Medical, Legal/Compliance, and offshore hub teams.
- Standardize Customer Facing Capabilities across NA BUs; drive One Sanofi approach.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and financial delivery.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Commercial Operations (field force learning & development focus).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/vaccine industry experience.
- 8+ years L&D and adult education methods; 8+ years leading large teams.
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Teams, PowerPoint) for training development/facilitation/effectiveness reviews.
- Training/workshop facilitation experience.
- Strong project management (multiple priorities, budgeting and spend management).
- Excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational/time management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations; lead diverse teams.
- Certified in Instructional Design (preferred).

Knowledge/Competencies:
- Field-force support background (training/learning, customer-facing capabilities such as SFE, incentives, targets/segmentation, operations tools).
- Experience deploying innovative learning for large audiences.
- Strategic analysis/planning, IT skills, cross-functional collaboration.
