Responsibilities:
- Define and develop Integrated Evidence Plans for the portfolio, ensuring high-quality, timely and impactful delivery.
- Drive innovation in evidence generation approaches (advanced analytics, AI) to meet evolving scientific, regulatory and stakeholder needs.
- Own the vision and governance for integrated evidence planning across therapeutic areas.
- Champion data science and AI to accelerate and enhance evidence generation.
- Lead a global evidence generation organization, building a high-performing, inclusive team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across clinical development, value/access, and health economics & outcomes research.
- Drive alignment to ensure evidence strategies are feasible, relevant and effectively implemented.
- Shape and evolve the global evidence operating model (roles, resources, capabilities).
- Represent the company externally with regulators, academia and professional organizations.

Qualifications (Essential):
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, Master of Pharmacy or equivalent) in life sciences, public health or related.
- 10+ years’ experience in pharma/clinical research/healthcare/academia with global leadership roles.
- Ability to apply AI and technology at scale to accelerate stakeholder evidence needs.
- Proven evidence generation expertise across interventional/non-interventional studies and real-world evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated evidence strategies across the full product lifecycle.
- Strong leadership across global, cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory, access and stakeholder evidence requirements globally.
- Strong collaboration and influencing in matrixed organizations.

Desirable:
- Experience generating evidence for late-stage/peri-approval assets.
- Established external network in evidence generation (academia/industry/regulators).

Benefits & Rewards:
- Salary expected to range from $318,500 to $591,500/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards; US benefits including health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
