Director, Global Marketing, HIV PrEP β Global HCC/HCP Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end integrated brand/franchise strategy across priority audiences and channels; translate insights into strategic choices, annual priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop Global HCC/HCP strategy (segmentation, value proposition, messaging, and go-to-market) for HCCs and HCPs.
- Ensure tactics align to the customer experience plan.
- Lead global campaign evolution and delivery with key markets/regions.
- Ensure seamless integration of brand experience across customers, markets, and touchpoints.
- Set omnichannel strategy and channel roles (paid/owned/earned) including social/digital; optimize journeys/content/media with analytics.
- Steward brand identity and trademark strategy (consistent naming/messaging/visual standards; reviews/version control/governance).
- Lead marketing contribution to the annual profit plan; present risks/opportunities and investment scenarios.
- Integrate Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) to reduce barriers to care; coordinate cross-functional initiatives and external partnerships.
- Identify capability gaps and lead learning plans; ensure tools/playbooks for consistent execution.
- Lead data, digital, and analytics strategy/execution for key business questions.
- Partner with market access and trade on pharmacy access strategy (distribution, patient support, pull-through) to improve initiation and persistence.
Education (minimum): BA/BS; Preferred: MBA/MS
Required Experience/Skills:
- 7+ years brand marketing; 10+ years commercial functions (marketing/product management)
- Hybrid work capability; leadership across stakeholders; influence with/without authority
- Strong collaboration, relationship building (incl. Legal/Compliance/Regulatory/Promotions/Global Communications)
- Works in ambiguity; strategic/innovative and learning oriented
- Exceptional communication; integrates/summarizes large information sets; comfortable with analytics and data-driven decisions
- Customer-centric brand development; agency management; global campaign development/delivery/localization
- Full compliance with local/national/company policies; high-pressure fast-paced experience
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Global/country/regional marketing; HIV/vaccines/infectious disease prevention experience
- Leadership in brand strategy/positioning; commercial input on launch readiness, customer interactions, market research, and agency partner management
