Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end integrated HIV PrEP global brand/franchise strategy across priority audiences and channels; translate insights into strategy, annual priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop Global HCC/HCP strategy (segmentation, value proposition, messaging, go-to-market) and ensure tactics align to the customer experience plan.
- Lead global campaign evolution and delivery with key markets/regions; ensure seamless brand integration across customers, markets, and touchpoints.
- Set omnichannel/social digital strategy (paid/owned/earned) and partner with analytics to optimize journeys, content, and media.
- Steward brand identity and trademark governance (naming, messaging, visual standards; version control).
- Lead marketing contribution to annual profit plan; articulate risks/opportunities and investment scenarios.
- Integrate Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) to reduce barriers to care via cross-functional/external partnerships.
- Identify capability gaps and lead learning plans for launch readiness; ensure tools/playbooks enable consistent execution.
- Lead data/digital/analytics strategy for business questions and decision-making.
- Partner with market access/trade to shape pharmacy access (distribution, patient support, pull-through) and improve initiation/persistence.

Education: BA/BS (Required); MBA/MS (Preferred).

Required Experience/Skills:
- 7+ years brand marketing; 10+ years global/local commercial functions (marketing or product).
- Hybrid collaboration; leadership across stakeholders; influence without authority.
- Strong cross-functional relationships (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Promotions, Global Comms); thrives in ambiguity; strategic, learning-oriented; exceptional communicator.
- Data-driven decision-making; expertise in customer-centric brand development, agency management, and global campaign delivery/localization.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Global/country/regional marketing; HIV/vaccines/infectious disease prevention experience.
- Experience with launch readiness reviews, customer interactions, market research, and agency partner management.
