Group Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the enterprise IT, Digital Enablement and Data roadmap aligned to business strategy, growth priorities, and functional transformation.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate and implement technology solutions, including AI and automation, to improve decision-making, productivity, scalability, and performance.
- Advise senior leadership on technology trends, investment priorities, and organizational impacts.
- Build and mature portfolio management, program delivery, and value realization to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations for infrastructure, cloud, collaboration tools, enterprise platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Oversee IT policies, procedures, and controls (GxP, SOX, data privacy/integrity, cybersecurity, system lifecycle, IT risk).
- Develop high-performing teams and foster innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage strategic vendors/partners to optimize delivery, innovation, cost effectiveness, and long-term value.

Qualifications:
- 20+ years as an IT leader in regulated life sciences/biotech/commercial pharmaceutical environments.
- Translate business priorities into scalable digital/data/technology solutions.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and advanced analytics in secure, compliant ways.
- Proven cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management leadership across cloud/data/enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish governance frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, and control.
- Lead cross-functional transformation and influence technical and non-technical executives.
- Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen (budgets, investment planning, technology portfolio prioritization).
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams through change and digital transformation.

Work Location: Lexington office; onsite presence five days per week.

Pay Range: $345,000 - $385,000 USD
