Group Product Director (GPD), Professional Promotion Marketing, Erda-iDRS (TAR-210)
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of short- and long-term U.S. professional marketing strategies and tactics to maximize business growth.
- Lead and collaborate with partners to develop and execute assets based on key insights.
- Manage professional agency of record and specialty agencies to implement HCP tactics and training.
- Lead media and digital strategy and HCP asset creation (including launching core JET/DEP assets).
- Manage budget for agency and media spend.
- Partner with market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics to deepen brand and indication insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Global, U.S. Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Sales leadership, Finance, Oncology Franchise marketing, vendors) to develop U.S. plans.
- Coordinate promotional activities and provide strategic content for field meetings; partner with Sales Training on field execution.
- Support franchise cross-functional initiatives (e.g., agile marketing).
- Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support marketing material approvals.
- Oversee direct reportsβ execution; coach, develop, retain, and motivate the team.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years business experience; 5+ years demonstrated marketing experience with proven performance.
- Demonstrated in-line marketing experience and success.
- People management experience required.
- Prostate/Oncology experience preferred.
- Sales and/or Sales leadership experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership in matrix/unstructured environments, and executive communication/presentation skills.
- Preferred: build team AI literacy and commit to learning emerging technologies (AI) via exploration/iteration.
