Group Manager, Product Development Operations

Role: Group Manager, PDO overseeing end-to-end CMC development for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics, from preclinical to commercial phases. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams, manage internal and external CMC activities including process development, manufacturing, analytical testing, and packaging; coordinate vendor relationships with CMOs/CROs; ensure project alignment with timelines, quality, and regulatory standards; oversee budget, risk management, and project metrics; mentor direct reports and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology; 8+ years in pharma/CMO/CRO environments with at least 5 in project management; knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidance; strong MS Office skills; excellent communication and team collaboration. Preferred: Master’s degree, GMP lab experience, late-stage CMC development, project management certification, ERP familiarity.
