Role: Senior Director, Group Leader in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics – Oncology, providing strategic scientific leadership across oncology programs from post-preclinical to registration stages. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated model-informed drug development (MIDD) strategies, oversee a team of scientists, collaborate with cross-functional partners (Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Biostats, Regulatory), and contribute to regulatory submissions. Focus areas include translational PK/PD, biomarker-driven dose selection, and modeling approaches such as QSP and AI/ML, aligned with regulatory expectations for small molecules, biologics, ADCs, and TCEs. Qualifications: Ph.D. in relevant fields with ≥10 years (PhD) or ≥15 years (Master’s/PharmD) industry experience, demonstrated expertise in oncology drug development, modeling, and regulatory strategy, with experience leading interdisciplinary teams and authoring regulatory documents.
