High-value specifics: involves blood/plasma collection adhering to FDA and SOP guidelines; may include hyperimmune program policies; requires proficiency with electronic donor management systems. Work environment involves exposure to hazards, requiring PPE, extended standing, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting. Overtime and extended hours may be necessary to support operational needs.
