Role: Donor Center Technician responsible for donor registration, screening, education, and operational support in plasma collection. Objectives include ensuring efficient donor flow, maintaining compliance with SOPs, and providing technical guidance to staff. Responsibilities encompass conducting health screenings, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment, recording donor data accurately, and supporting safety and environmental protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 18 months experience in clerical, customer service, or healthcare-related role, preferably in plasma or blood donation environments; basic math skills. Preferred skills include bilingual abilities and cross-training in different center areas.
