Group Leader - Customer Service

Role: Donor Center Reception and Screening Coordinator responsible for training staff, facilitating donor flow, and ensuring compliance with SOPs within a plasma collection center. Responsibilities: assist qualified donors through screening (health history, vital signs, finger stick tests), register donors, educate on plasma products, manage donor data, troubleshoot equipment, and support safety and operational efficiency. Qualifications: high school diploma; minimum 18 months experience in customer service or health care environment; capable of performing basic math, manual tasks, and standing for long periods. High-Value: plasma donation, donor screening, SOP compliance, equipment calibration, health safety policies, bilingual skills preferred. WorkSetup: full-time with overtime; physically demanding with exposure to hazardous chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and PPE usage.
