Corporate Functions
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in GTN reserve analysis, ensuring reserves are accurately stated, risks are identified and mitigated, and GTN rates are appropriately captured.
- Manage GTN budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with business partners, reviewing/updating brand account models, and providing variance analysis and commentary vs. Budget/Forecast and prior year.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for GTN programs, payer mix, product launches, and contract structures.
- Present monthly Gross-to-Net brand performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies, new market access programs, copay offers, and payer negotiations.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C) teams to align sales/collections/rebate forecasts with cash flow projections.
- Work across multiple SAP instances; leverage reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics—TM1, BOARD, PLAI).
- Deploy and integrate new tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation for GTN modernization.
- Harmonize ways of working across Business Units.

About You (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years (preferred 7+) in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a multinational/matrixed organization.
- Pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting experience highly valued.
