Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Help support artwork transformation.
- Maintain high-level file management and computer systems.
- Read and interpret packaging component specification drawings.
- Ensure knowledge and adherence to GMP regulations.
- Maintain an electronic library of artwork files for product components and prescribing information.
- Provide total technical support for MAC systems and graphic arts design/functionality expertise.
- Prepare labeling artwork for multiple sites (domestic/international) aligned with site/vendor print production needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating pharmaceutical packaging artwork in a regulated environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of FDA labeling regulations, GMP standards, and MAC-based production systems.

Skills:
- Production pharmaceutical packaging and printing technology knowledge; electronic art preparation and computer skills.
- Strong understanding of labeling regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to complete multiple high-priority projects under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator).
- Detail oriented; accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Pro-active troubleshooting and problem-solving; mentoring skills.

Location:
- Flexibility near Sanofi facilities in Morristown, Swiftwater, Cambridge, or Northborough.
