GMP Data Governance Lead

Role: GMP Data Governance Lead at Principal or Staff level within Regeneron's Quality Assurance team, focused on fostering a culture of data governance in a biopharma manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: lead and manage Engagement, Culture & Monitoring specialists; drive stakeholder engagement; design and deliver comprehensive Data Governance training programs; promote awareness and behavioral change towards a mature data culture; monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through audits and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements: BA/BS degree; 8+ years (Principal) or 10+ years (Staff) in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated areas such as data management, QA, compliance, or manufacturing; experience in developing training programs, working with LMS/e-learning tools, and managing cultural change; strong analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; knowledge of regulations like FDA Data Integrity, GDPR, cGMP, and GDP.
