Global Viral Vector MSAT Lead

Role: Senior Manager, MSAT – Viral Vector Lead, overseeing technical support for GMP viral vector manufacturing supporting in vivo cell therapy programs. Responsibilities include process transfer, process knowledge ownership, deviation management, process characterization, risk mitigation, and regulatory contribution. The role involves leading cross-functional collaborations with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams, and mentoring staff. High-value: viral vectors, in vivo platforms, cell therapy (including CAR-T), GMP manufacturing, process transfer, regulatory submissions, global supply chain. Work setup: based in Raritan, NJ, with a focus on supporting clinical and commercial phases of cell therapy development.
