Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of global payer research to identify value drivers and needs for early and sustainable access across geographies/indications.
- Lead payer evidence strategy (by payer archetype) and incorporate it into the asset evidence generation plan.
- Lead a cross-functional team to develop payer tools (global value dossiers, health economic models, payer objection handler) to support reimbursement submissions globally.
- Optimize regional/country pull-through via training, mock negotiations, and best-practice sharing workshops.
- Partner with Pricing to develop global pricing strategies through pricing research and analysis/modeling of pricing and contracting options.
- Shape commercial and R&D strategies via critical pricing and access assessments to differentiate products and maximize lifecycle value.
- Lead horizon scanning and maintain knowledge of changing regulations and pricing/reimbursement environments in key global markets.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting or biopharmaceuticals.
- 5+ years in pricing, health policy, public health, health economics, and/or international affairs with increasing responsibility.
- Strong global payer knowledge (US Medicare Part D; commercial and federal payers) and ex-US HTA trends (e.g., NICE, IQWiG, PBAC).
- Hands-on experience with health technology assessment tools/methods/filings; payer and global pricing research; price modeling and cost-effectiveness studies.
- Prior PMA/HE regional/global experience; launch experience in global/ex-US role; knowledge of all drug development phases.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience.
- PhD/MPH/MPP/MBA.

Travel:
- 20% domestic and/or international.
