Qualifications: Ph.D., M.D., or D.V.M. with 10-12+ years industry experience in drug discovery, particularly in immunology/inflammation, with proven leadership in multi-project management and delivering compounds to the clinic. Deep expertise in target validation, medicinal chemistry, and AI/ML-driven discovery is expected.
