Role Summary

The Global Talent Acquisition Business Excellence Lead is an insights-driven leader who will equip the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team with analysis, modeling, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and shape a high-performing global TA function. The role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Employer Branding and provides data, scenarios, and visualizations for executive decision-making. This position is hybrid with a requirement of at least five in-office days per month in Lexington, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation & Strategic Enablement: Build advanced data and scenario models to guide TA leadership’s strategic decisions; deliver clear insights and visualizations on risks, opportunities, ROI, and impact of proposed changes; translate complex data into recommendations aligned with TA’s objectives.
  • Frameworks, Analytics & Measurement Systems: Design measurement frameworks evaluating TA productivity, funnel performance, hiring velocity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency; collaborate with People Analytics to develop dashboards and reporting tools; provide actionable insights to forecast hiring needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • AI, Automation & Technology Assessment: Evaluate AI and automation opportunities to enhance sourcing, screening, workflow efficiency, and customer experience; build business cases and readiness assessments for deploying new technologies; collaborate to ensure ethical, compliant, and scalable AI adoption.
  • Operational Excellence Advisory: Analyze TA workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; recommend process efficiencies and automation use cases; establish benchmarks and best-practice frameworks for data-driven operations.
  • Agency & Vendor Governance: Develop frameworks for agency and vendor governance; monitor usage, performance data, and ROI to optimize vendors; assess impact of external partners on TA capacity and budget.
  • Budget Modeling & Resource Forecasting: Lead TA budget monitoring and build models showing cost implications under different resourcing or technology scenarios; advise on resource allocation across teams, vendors, and technology.
  • Program Support & Change Visualization: Provide analytics and modeling to enable enterprise TA initiatives; create visual scenarios and executive-ready materials; distill analytics to support communication efforts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Operations, consulting, or related fields.
  • Expertise in data modeling, scenario planning, and building analytics tools supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and visualization skills; able to translate data into decision-ready insights.
  • Consulting or strategy enablement experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Data/Analytics, HR, or related field preferred.
