Global Study Leader

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Lead overseeing global Phase I–IV studies in neuroscience and oncology, responsible for trial strategy, execution, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: manage study timelines and budgets, oversee vendor performance and compliance, lead cross-functional meetings, develop trial plans, and ensure GCP adherence; serve as SME for Clinical Operations, contribute to audits, and mentor study teams. Requirements: 7+ years of clinical research experience with extensive trial management and leadership, strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory processes, and electronic systems (TMF, CTMS); excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, advanced degree preferred. High-Value: global trial oversight, cross-functional leadership, experience in neuroscience or oncology, GCP compliance, and vendor management. WorkSetup: domestic and international travel (10–20%).
