Global Study Leader

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing global Phase I–IV clinical trials in oncology and neuroscience therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: lead trial planning, execution, monitoring, and vendor management; ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards; develop trial strategies and manage timelines, budgets, and risks; oversee TMF and act as SME during audits; mentor study teams; coordinate Investigational Medicinal Product shipments; support data review and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: 7+ years in clinical research with at least 3 years in leadership; strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, regulatory start-up, and trial systems (TMF, CTMS); excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills. Preferred: advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; experience working in oncology or neuroscience; international trial management experience; ability to travel 10–20%. High-Value: global trial oversight, cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance, mentorship, and experience with Phase I–IV oncology or neuroscience programs.
