Global Study Leader

Role: Senior Clinical Operations Lead overseeing global Phase I–IV clinical trials for Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology and neuroscience pipeline. Responsibilities: provide operational oversight, develop trial strategies, manage vendors and external service providers, ensure compliance with GCP, lead cross-functional trial planning, monitor timelines and budgets, and serve as SME during audits. Leadership duties include mentoring study teams, leading trial working groups, and resolving complex trial issues. Requirements: 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial management, 3+ years in leadership roles, strong knowledge of GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements. Skills: excellent organization, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in electronic trial systems (e.g., TMF, CTMS); ability to lead cross-functional teams. Preferred: advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare, 10–20% domestic and international travel.
