Global Study Associate Director

Role: Lead global clinical study management, overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex studies to expedite medicines' path to patients. Responsibilities: direct cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards; ensure study documentation accuracy; oversee vendor performance and risk management; maintain inspection readiness; manage budgets and compliance; mentor team members; and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences; 5+ years in clinical research with 2+ years in project management; extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical development processes; proven leadership and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD), project management certification, and global study experience.
