Main Responsibilities:
- Lead operational implementation of MAP programs and ODIL operations, ensuring compliance and optimal resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement, process simplification, and execution excellence.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of global and local programs (eligibility, country selection, blueprint validation).
- Coordinate stakeholders and governance from program initiation through implementation.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and risk mitigation with global and local teams.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, and adherence to operational KPIs.
- Ensure patient treatment accountability and program reporting.
- Collaborate with supply, quality, and procurement on logistics and operational matters.
- Lead digital transformation, including AI integration and development of tools/dashboards.
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and efficient resource management across global operations.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Scientific education (Bachelorโs required; Masterโs/PhD preferred); fluency in English; strong data/digital literacy.
- 3+ years in Early Access Program management in biopharma (Medical Operations knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment).
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs; proactive troubleshooting, risk management, scenario/contingency planning.
- Strong knowledge of drug development process and regulatory/business requirements for Early Access Programs.
- Demonstrated early access operations and end-to-end program management.
- Prior experience directly managing GXP activities and MAP programs.
Preferred:
- Strong leadership and communication skills (written/verbal) in English.
- Experience improving MAP processes (efficiency, compliance, patient access timelines, coordination).
- Highly organized, results-driven, strong time management; can handle multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts; strong data analysis.
- Change management and driving adoption of new technologies.
- Proficiency with digital/analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, AI tools).
- Track record of innovative solutions with measurable impact; strategic, agile mindset; lead through influence/coaching; act with urgency.
