Main Responsibilities:
- Lead operational implementation of Managed Access Programs (MAP) and On Demand Import License (ODIL) operations, ensuring compliance and optimal resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement, process simplification, and execution excellence.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of global and local programs (eligibility, country selection, blueprint validation).
- Coordinate stakeholders and governance from program initiation through implementation.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk mitigation with global and local teams.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, and adherence to operational KPIs.
- Ensure patient treatment accountability and program reporting.
- Collaborate with supply, quality, and procurement on logistics and operational matters.
- Lead digital transformation (AI integration; develop tools and dashboards).
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and efficient resource management across global operations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Scientific education (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/PhD preferred); fluency in English; strong data/digital literacy.
- 3+ years’ experience managing Early Access Programs in the biopharmaceutical industry/Medical Operations.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional business-critical programs; ability to troubleshoot program risks/challenges (scenario and contingency planning).
- Strong knowledge of drug development process and regulatory/business requirements for Early Access Programs.
- Demonstrated end-to-end expertise in Early Access operations; prior experience directly managing GXP activities and MAP programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership/facilitation/interpersonal communication skills (English, written/verbal).
- Experience improving MAP processes (efficiency, compliance, patient access timelines, cross-functional coordination).
- Highly organized, results-driven, excellent time management; able to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management; ability to communicate complex concepts using strong data analysis.
- Change management experience; digital/analytical tools proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, AI tools).
- Track record of innovative solutions with measurable business impact; strategic, agile mindset.
- Ability to lead through influence/coaching; fosters teamwork and engagement; acts with urgency.
