Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the “Purchase to pay” process for People Organization, working with regional teams and SMEs across HR and BMS.
- Manage end-to-end Purchase Orders in SAP/ARIBA: creation, maintenance, on-time payments, and closure.
- Monitor and track invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Track, monitor, and report Purchase Orders vs. actual budgeted amounts.
- Prepare and communicate monthly financial variance reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (internal and external) to ensure invoices are validated and approved before releasing payment.
- Build and maintain relationships with Accounts Payable, Global Payments, Finance, Procurement, and functional support teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Procurement and Finance policies/procedures using SAP, ARIBA, and Icertis.
- Support HR and Finance in harmonizing acquired companies, ensuring benefits and compensation alignment for smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Advise HR on BMS ways of working, including procurement processes, vendor creation, contract management, facilitating I2P, and handling non-BMS system payments via heritage payment systems.
- Build and maintain supplier governance for assigned HR function and/or geographic region.
- Drive continuous improvement in Global Vendor Management processes to enhance stakeholder experience and align with business strategy/requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with financial/budget.
- Experience with purchase order/vendor payment processing using SAP/Ariba.
- Ability to work in a matrix team; strong organizational skills.
- Advanced data analysis, Excel, and complex reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working across regional/remote teams and markets.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with limited guidance.
- Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement.
