Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience or advanced degree with proportionally fewer years; proven leadership in complex, cross-functional global projects within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ideally in metabolic or related therapeutic areas. Skills: strong strategic, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities; expertise in product lifecycle management, regulatory interactions, and matrix organization influence. High-Value: leadership experience in late-stage or integrated development projects, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, GxP standards, and global regulatory environments. WorkSetup: Based in Boston or Plainsboro, with up to 15 days of travel annually; operates within a global R&D context.
