Global Project Leader, Infectious Disease

Role: Lead global infectious disease project strategy focusing on early-stage assets from Phases I-III, driving value creation, development, and external collaboration. Responsibilities: oversee cross-functional global product teams, deliver integrated development plans, develop differentiated Target Product Profiles and Claims, support business development, manage risks and opportunities, and engage with external experts and partners. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD; 5+ years in clinical or drug development, with experience in infectious diseases or immunology. Skills include strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and budget management. Preferred: MBA and cross-divisional experience.
