Major Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership
- Drive RLI transformational vision; develop adaptable strategy and translate into impactful plans.
- Synthesize complex internal/external inputs for business decision-making; identify key issues and ensure clarity.
- Lead organization-wide impact across the research-development-commercial continuum.
- Incorporate emerging tools/technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence) into strategies.
- Lead RLI programs across priority targets; oversee an asset portfolio.
- Shape RLI portfolio prioritization; integrate into RLT (radioligand therapy) strategy and Theranostics ambition.
End-to-End Program Lifecycle Accountability
- Solely accountable for delivering enterprise value: define strategic vision, optimize life cycle management, and drive integrated development plans for successful regulatory and access outcomes.
- Lead development of TPP and IDP.
- Accountable for end-to-end RLI program leadership: represent internally/externally; advance through decision stages toward approval, launch, and market establishment.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and meet commitments for quality, timeline (~2 years ahead of RLT), cost, and value.
Team, Stakeholder, and Partner Management
- Empower and develop the Global Program Team; set roles, priorities, and performance accountability.
- Manage internal/external stakeholders via transparent, evidence-based communication; handle conflicts and adjust strategies.
- Own partner-led development strategy/execution as applicable; define build vs partner; lead co-development/co-commercialization governance; ensure partner delivery with internal accountability.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Radiologist or equivalent (based on experience/education).
Preferred Experience
- Full development lifecycle experience for RLI agents for solid tumor staging.
- Experience with global health authority engagement for development/submission strategy.
- Co-development relationship management with third parties; governance committee participation.
- Cross-functional leadership; leading teams without direct authority; audience-tailored communication.
Later-Stage Experience
- Advancing programs through multiple decision stages; later-stage regulatory compliance, audits, and commitments.
- Sustained stakeholder relationship management and strategy updates based on feedback/market dynamics.
