Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the vaccines portfolio for poultry, swine and ruminants, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Product Development: Lead development and launch of new products, from concept through commercialization, meeting market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Technical Expertise (general knowledge): Provide recommendations and general knowledge to support the sales team, customers, and stakeholders regarding the vaccines portfolio.
- Customer Engagement: Engage key customers, Veterinarians, Health Managers, and industry influencers to understand needs and build strong relationships.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales to develop sales strategies, training programs, and promotional materials communicating product benefits/features.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory standards and work with regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals.
- Product Life Cycle Management: Lead lifecycle management for key products and partner with R&D/Product Development on sustainable lifecycle plans.
- Budget Management: Manage portfolio budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Development, BD, and Regulatory Affairs to execute product strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Review portfolio performance and KPIs; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 30–40% (US and international).

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Animal Science; Master’s/Ph.D. in Animal Science or Doctor in Veterinary Medicine is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles in animal health/nutrition, focused on ruminants; international market experience desirable.
- Demonstrated poultry health experience, specifically with biologic products; experience with biologics for swine and cattle is desirable.
- Proven leadership track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
