Global Product Development Lead (Early-Stage)

Role: Global Development Lead overseeing the progression of a molecularly targeted radiation therapy in oncology from late preclinical stages through Phase 2 clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and manage the drug development plan, lead cross-functional teams (manufacturing, clinical, non-clinical, regulatory, quality), and ensure milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Act as program primary contact, oversee project management practices, track progress, risks, and costs, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: postgraduate degree in science or life sciences (preferably PhD), 10+ years in pharma/biotech drug development with at least 3 years managing projects and budgets, with experience in oncology and regulatory environments across US, EU, and APAC. Skills: strong leadership, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and risk management.
