Role: Lead global Category Management teams within CSL, overseeing strategy development and execution across procurement categories to optimize value, reduce costs, and manage risks. Responsibilities: develop and implement global category strategies aligned with corporate goals; lead complex sourcing, bid activities, and transformational projects; establish and manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies; monitor supply performance via KPIs; foster talent development; manage internal and external stakeholder relationships; drive innovation through global projects; and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and risk management standards. Requirements: Masterβs degree (Engineering preferred, MBA highly regarded), minimum 12 years in strategic sourcing or related fields, with at least 2 years of senior leadership experience managing global teams. High-value: extensive experience in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and global team leadership; knowledge of A&E/EPC/CQV categories; familiarity with pharmaceutical or related industries is advantageous. Competencies include strategic orientation, leadership, collaboration, project management, communication, and influencing skills. Work setup involves domestic (10-30%) and international (10-20%) travel, depending on location.
