Role: Lead global Occupational Health & Wellness strategy, overseeing injury management, employee wellness, and occupational hygiene across multiple regions including U.S., Europe, and Australia. Responsibilities: develop and implement standards, clinical protocols, and governance systems; lead injury and workers' compensation programs ensuring compliance and efficient claims resolution; manage international early intervention and case management initiatives; govern data systems, KPIs, and external vendor performance; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align health strategies with organizational goals. Requirements: advanced clinical/scientific degree (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Public Health, Occupational Medicine Masterโ€™s); 10+ years of Occupational Health leadership experience in multinational or regulated industries; strong knowledge of U.S. injury management, workers' compensation, Australian injury frameworks, and global safety standards (ISO 45001/03, OSHA, EU OSH).
