Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director

Role: Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive strategy for occupational health programs worldwide, including injury management, employee wellness, and occupational hygiene. Core responsibilities encompass overseeing injury and workers' compensation processes across the US, Europe, and Australia; establishing global standards, protocols, and governance; managing case management and early intervention programs; and leading global teams and external vendors. The role also involves ensuring compliance with international regulations, championing employee wellness initiatives, and managing occupational health data and KPIs. Requirements include an advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, MPH, or Nursing with Occupational Medicine focus), with 10+ years of leadership experience in multinational or regulated industries, particularly in injury management and workers' compensation systems in the US and Australia. High-value specifics: extensive knowledge of OSHA, EU OSH, Australian Work Health and Safety laws, ISO standards 45001/45003, and injury management frameworks; proven experience in global injury management transformation, digital health system implementation, and cross-cultural leadership.
