Role Summary
Global Medical Information Business Systems Manager. Location: Cambridge, MA; Morristown, NJ.
This role supports the Global Medical Information system, acting as a key interface between regional/local system users and the global team for platform updates, enhancements, maintenance, and end user training and system support. The position ensures regional compliance, gathers and implements user requirements, and collaborates with global stakeholders across countries and functional groups.
Responsibilities
- Work with regional stakeholders and the Digital team to develop and contribute regional requirements and system enhancements for the GMI system.
- Serve as primary interface between global and Digital teams and regional/local user communities for system updates, support activities, and maintenance for International Regional countries.
- Support, conduct, and participate in test case writing and review during User Acceptance Testing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance of systems with regional/local internal and external requirements.
- Deliver and develop training for internal and external users of the system.
- Administer the regional system (product, email templates, survey updates, etc.) for all regional users.
- Support end user system issues and evaluation with Digital support teams.
- Participate in implementing innovative Digital solutions for GMI and evaluate new technologies, platforms, and digital projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience with Medical Information or similar functions preferred.
- Proven track record with system implementation, system administration and user support.
- Knowledge of database and document management system design and technologies.
- Experience in an international, multi-country, multi-cultural setting.

Education
- BachelorβΓΓ΄s degree or equivalent required.
