Qualifications: MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent; 5+ years in Medical Affairs or R&D with deep experience in neurological diseases; strong knowledge of regulatory, policy, and digital innovations; experience with early clinical development. High-value specifics include expertise in CNS therapeutic areas, early-stage clinical programs, and evidence planning; experience supporting global scientific congresses and stakeholder engagement is preferred. The role reports to VP, Early Assets, and requires influence, leadership presence, and strong communication skills. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role in a biotech focused on RNAi therapeutics, with a global scope, requiring collaboration with international stakeholders.
