Role: Global Medical Affairs Leader for external engagement in GU/GYN oncology, responsible for developing and executing a unified scientific engagement strategy to enhance the perception, discussion, and adoption of the pipeline globally. Responsibilities include orchestrating congress planning, leading scientific exchange activities, ensuring compliance, partnering with cross-functional teams, and measuring engagement impact. Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field, minimum 4 years in pharma/life sciences or medical roles, strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and understanding of drug development, outcomes research, and payer issues. Preferred: PhD or PharmD, 3+ years in Head Quarters Medical Affairs or Global Clinical R&D, oncology experience, particularly lung cancer, and a proven track record in medical plan execution. High-Value: Oncology, GU/GYN indications, global scope, cross-functionally aligned external engagement, emphasis on scientific exchange, compliance, and strategic stakeholder influence. Work setup involves working in-office at least three days a week with flexibility; travel 10-20%.
