Role Summary
Global Marketing Manager in Specialty Care, leading strategy, implementation plans, and launch excellence across key markets. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teamwork, campaign content planning and delivery, and opportunities for strategic thinking and development in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in partnering with MCT markets and regional leads in launch excellence including readiness and optimization for a multi-indication blockbuster biologic
- Build exceptional brand knowledge as well as an understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition
- Drive creation of launch deliverables, content development and partner with LOCs to support their localization
- Support external expert engagement program and congress strategy
- Drive the agencies involved in content creation and coordinate development in close collaboration with medical, and drive timely and relevant content launches to markets, including approval process
- Partner and influence a large complex cross-functional team including Global medical, market access, insights, and clinical development
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in speciality care).
- Demonstrated strategic capability: ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear actionable strategies and tactics
- Demonstrated agility and accountability: solution orientation and strong collaborative spirit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
