Role Summary
Global Marketing Director for CVRM Baxdrostat, leading strategic development and execution of HCP and patient-centric strategies in Hard to Control Hypertension, with cross-functional collaboration to drive health outcomes and long-term stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development and execution of HCP and patient-centric strategies and programs focused on Hard to Control Hypertension.
- Collaborate across the franchise to support commercial development of aLifecycle spanning multiple indications and trials over the next seven years.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, improve health outcomes, and build relationships with key stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree
- Required: 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Required: Expertise in cardiovascular, renal, and/or metabolic disease areas
- Required: Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch
- Required: Experience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/communication of brand performance
- Preferred: An advanced degree (MBA, MSc or PhD)
- Preferred: Expertise in development of patient strategy and implementation
