Role Summary
Global Marketing Director, CVRM. Lead the strategic development and execution of patient-centric strategies and programs focused on dyslipidemia within CVRM, driving global launches and lifecycle management for a new asset with multiple indications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CVRM Commercial leadership to deliver global ambition, including product launch and lifecycle plans.
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies tailored to patients with dyslipidemia, aligned with franchise objectives.
- Create clear brand strategies incorporating feedback from key markets.
- Conduct market research and gather patient insights to inform strategies and address unmet needs.
- Design, launch, and manage patient support programs, educational materials, digital tools, and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain networks with disease area experts; collaborate with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners to co-create programs.
- Lead discussions with healthcare professionals at advisory boards and conferences.
- Partner with internal teams (local marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Business Insights, Payor and Market Access) for cohesive implementation.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Develop revenue forecasts and business cases informed by customer insights; oversee budgets for patient programs.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialization
- Experience launching brands at a global level
- Strong pre-launch and launch excellence knowledge in Marketing
- Track record delivering commercial brand strategies and business cases
- Knowledge of forecasting, market research, insights generation, and competitive analysis
- Experience with global promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to navigate scientific and commercial organizations
- Ability to influence across levels
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication/presentation skills
- Scientific curiosity
