Role Summary
Global Marketing Director โ CVRM leads strategic development and execution of HCP and patient-centric strategies and programs focused on Hard to Control Hypertension. Works across the franchise to support the commercial development of a lifecycle spanning 7 indications across 7 clinical trials over the next 7 years. Requires a dynamic leader with deep understanding of cardio renal landscape, patient needs, and innovative healthcare marketing approaches. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes and build long-term relationships with stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development and execution of global marketing plans for Hard to Control Hypertension within CVRM.
- Drive HCP and patient-centric strategies and programs across multiple indications and trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and health outcomes.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree
- Required: 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Required: Expertise in cardiovascular, renal, and/or metabolic disease areas
- Required: Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch
- Required: Experience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/communication of brand performance
- Preferred: An advanced degree (MBA, MSc or PhD)
- Preferred: Expertise in development of patient strategy and implementation
