What You Will Do Assist with training administration tasks, including course setup, reporting, and participant tracking. Support learning program coordination, scheduling, and communication with learners. Support the design and development of digital learning materials. Assist in structuring storyboards and instructional flows. Perform content testing and quality checks for eLearning modules (functionality, accessibility, and usability). Curate and organize existing learning resources across platforms. Research emerging learning tools, trends, and best practices. Explore how AI and digital tools can enhance content creation and learner engagement. Assist with training administration tasks, including course setup, reporting, and participant tracking. Support learning program coordination, scheduling, and communication with learners. Help coordinate global learning initiatives and stakeholder communication. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Learning function.
