Role Summary

Global Indication Lead for Rilzabrutnib IgG4 in Rheumatology (Immunology Franchise) responsible for pre-launch development and execution of global marketing strategies, including HCP launch strategy, competitive positioning, market development, and go-to-market planning. Reports to the Global TA Head for Rheumatology, Immunology Franchise. Location: Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead the commercial strategy for Rilzabrutnib in IgG4-RD, including HCP market development, KOL engagement and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop key insights on IgG4-RD treatment pathways, care gaps, and ensure pre-launch strategies are optimized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including the Global Project Team (GPT) and Global Project Head (GPH), contributing to team deliverables.
  • Lead and partner with Global Brand Team (GBT) and launch resources to ensure deliverables are on time and high quality.
  • Develop and execute a global market development strategy, engaging key local markets where Sanofi is the launch lead.
  • Partner with business development and external innovation for assessments and due diligence when needed.
  • Manage annual budgets with strategic fund allocation and monthly tracking.
  • Maintain connectivity to external vendors and oversee management of advertising agency partners to ensure objective execution.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or business.
  • Required: Minimum of 10 years' experience in product/brand management, sales management, or strategic marketing.
  • Required: Experience in U.S. or international marketing within a global commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization.
  • Required: Strong HCP marketing background with multi-channel execution.
  • Preferred: In-depth understanding of the Rheumatology market; product prelaunch/launch experience in specialty care; cross-functional collaboration experience; ability to lead in a matrix environment; line management experience; global/cross-cultural experience; vendor/agency management experience.
