Global Hospital & Biosimilars Sales Representative

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory/account call routing and business plans prioritizing face-to-face interactions; refine strategies using insights and analytics.
- Build trust-based relationships; execute calls with clear objectives, next steps, and KPI-aligned documentation.
- Deliver approved targeted messaging; close sales by requesting customers purchase Pfizer products using account priorities and contract knowledge.
- Engage customers in compliance with Pfizer guidelines; proactively provide education meeting customer/patient needs.
- Partner compliantly with internal stakeholders (Portfolio, Health System Directors, Trade, Customer Service, Contracting, Medical, Inside Sales) to resolve inquiries and advance objectives.
- Deploy approved resources (demonstrations, in-services, contract discussions); share product availability, contract status, pricing, and wholesaler stocking.
- Plan/optimize daily activities with calendaring tools; leverage guidance for efficient execution.
- Use digital tools/analytics for customer engagement and pre-call planning; contribute to approved messaging/resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR associate’s degree + 8+ years; OR high school (or equivalent) + 10+ years.
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, and/or aligned therapeutic provider experience.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years hospital/alternate-site sales (e.g., generic injectables/adjacent markets).
- Hospital sales dynamics, GPO contracting/procurement.
- Territory/account management success; strong business acumen; ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-changing environment.

Work/Travel:
- Field-based; reside within workable distance of territory points of business; travel to all accounts; possible overnight stays.

Benefits/Pay (explicit):
- Base salary range: $108,600–$250,700.
- Overtime during initial training; overtime-exempt after certification; sales incentive bonus.
