Global Hospital & Biosimilars Sales Representative

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory/account call routing and business plans to prioritize face-to-face interactions (with virtual as appropriate); refine strategies using priorities, opportunities, insights, and analytics.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships; execute calls with clear objectives, next steps, and KPI-aligned documentation.
- Deliver approved, targeted messaging to educate providers; close sales by requesting purchase of Pfizer products to drive outcomes and market share growth.
- Engage customers within compliance guidelines; proactively deliver customer/patient education per regulatory and company standards.
- Partner compliantly with internal stakeholders (Portfolio, Health System Directors, Trade, Customer Service, Contracting, Medical, Inside Sales) to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Deploy approved resources (demonstrations, in-services, contract discussions); provide information on availability, contract status, pricing, and wholesaler stocking.
- Plan/optimize daily activities using calendaring tools, leadership priorities, goals, insights, and customer schedules; integrate management and cross-functional guidance.
- Use digital tools/analytics for engagement and pre-call planning; contribute insights to approved messaging/resource development.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree + 8+ years OR high school diploma + 10+ years.
- Work Experience (min 3 years): pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales (wholesaler/distributor/GPOs/health systems) OR marketing OR aligned therapeutic-specific provider experience.
- Driver’s license: valid US license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.

Preferred:
- 3–5 years hospital/alternate-site sales (incl. generic injectables/adjacent markets); strong hospital sales/GPO contracting/procurement knowledge.
- Proven account/territory management; strong business acumen and data-informed, compliant relationships.
- Ability to operate in matrixed, fast-changing environments using internal partners and hybrid selling.

Work Location & Travel:
- Field-based; reside within workable distance to territory points of business; travel to accounts/office locations; overnight as needed.

Benefits/Compensation & Application:
- Base salary range: $108,600–$250,700; sales incentive bonus; 401(k) and retirement contributions, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, medical/prescription/dental/vision; classification/non-exempt during initial training with overtime, then exempt upon certification.
