Role Summary

Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Senior Manager responsible for implementing HEOR strategy across assets, aligning with the Access Strategy Lead, and delivering global payer-relevant evidence, PRO/COA considerations, and HTA materials throughout the product life cycle. This role involves global coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and external engagement to support access and value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Generating global-impact payer-relevant evidence, patient reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment (COA) strategy, and evidence synthesis
  • Ensuring delivery of global materials to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models
  • Translating strategic objectives into concrete delivery via HEOR project plans
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with top-10 countries, including the United States
  • Ensuring compliance with HTA dossier governance
  • Engaging with vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach

Qualifications

  • Required: Doctorate degree and 2 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Master's degree and 4 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Associate’s degree and 10 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: High school diploma / GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Preferred: Degree educated in relevant field
  • Preferred: Health economics training (on the job or academic)
  • Preferred: Experience in writing research protocols and publications
  • Preferred: Experience in developing payer-relevant evidence, including real-world evidence
  • Preferred: Experience in designing PRO/COA strategy
  • Preferred: Experience in evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons and meta-analyses)
  • Preferred: Strategic and technical understanding of HTA requirements
  • Preferred: Experience in developing GVDs and AMCP dossiers
  • Preferred: Experience in developing economic models and predictive analytics
  • Preferred: Experience in influencing Access strategy with a HEOR lens
  • Preferred: Experience in the United States market
